These Community Guidelines ("Guidelines") define the standards of conduct expected from all users and participants of Ratiochess, founded by Dmitry Gordievsky. These rules apply to all communication channels and interactions within the Ratiochess learning environment, including online lessons, chat groups, email, and platforms such as Zoom, Lichess, Chess.com, or others.
By accessing or using our services, you agree to follow these rules.

• 1. Respectful CommunicationBe polite and respectful to your coach and fellow students.
• Avoid any form of hate speech, bullying, harassment, discrimination, or personal attacks.
• Use appropriate and constructive language in all chats, comments, or discussions.
• 2. Group SessionsArrive on time and be prepared.
• Do not interrupt others during lessons.
• Keep your microphone muted unless it's your turn to speak.
• Use the chat function only for relevant questions or comments.
• Sharing Zoom links or session recordings without permission is prohibited.
• 3. Privacy and ConfidentialityDo not share private information about other users.
• Do not record sessions without prior written consent.
• Do not forward screenshots or internal materials unless explicitly allowed.
• 4. Use of ContentAll materials provided (videos, PDFs, etc.) are for personal use only.
• Do not redistribute, copy, or publish course content without permission.
• 5. Platform UsageUse the platform for educational purposes only.
• Do not attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload the service or any connected platform.
• Do not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
• 6. For Minors and ParentsStudents under 18 must participate with the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian.
• We encourage parents to supervise participation and help maintain respectful communication.

7. Violations and ConsequencesIf a user violates these rules, Ratiochess reserves the right to:

• Issue a warning
• Remove a user from a group or session
• Restrict access to services
• Terminate the user’s participation without refund in case of repeated or severe violations
