This document is a legally binding public offer (the "Agreement") made by Ratiochess, founded by Dmitry Gordievsky, located at Moldes 3039, Buenos Aires, Argentina, to any person ("Client", "User") who accepts this offer by purchasing or using our services.
By booking, purchasing, or participating in any service offered by Ratiochess, you agree to the terms below.
1. Subject of the AgreementRatiochess agrees to provide online chess coaching and educational services, including but not limited to:

• Individual lessons
• Group lessons
• Pre-recorded courses
• Training materials and digital content
• Access to communication and scheduling tools

The services are provided remotely via digital platforms.
2. Acceptance of the OfferAcceptance of this offer is considered complete and binding when the client:

• Makes full or partial payment for the selected service, or
• Explicitly confirms participation via message or registration form

No physical signature is required.

• 3. Payment TermsThe current rates are provided on our website or discussed individually.
• Payments can be made via MercadoPago, PayPal, bank transfer, or cryptocurrency.
• Services are delivered after payment unless otherwise agreed.
• All payment terms, refunds, and cancellation rules are outlined in our Refund & Payment Policy.
• 4. Duration and TerminationThis Agreement enters into force upon acceptance and remains valid until the services are delivered or terminated by either party.
• A client may terminate the Agreement by providing written notice (email or message).
• Ratiochess may suspend or terminate services in case of non-payment, abuse, or violation of Terms of Use.

5. Responsibilities of the PartiesRatiochess agrees to:

• Deliver the service as described
• Provide a professional and respectful learning environment
• Ensure the confidentiality and protection of user data

The Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate information
• Pay for the services on time
• Communicate respectfully and follow the platform's rules

6. Limitation of LiabilityRatiochess is not liable for:

• Individual progress or outcomes
• Technical interruptions on third-party platforms
• Missed sessions due to incorrect user contact info or time zone issues

The Client assumes responsibility for ensuring technical readiness and attendance.
7. Force MajeureNeither party shall be liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, power outages, internet failure, war, etc.).
8. Governing LawThis Agreement is governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Disputes shall be resolved amicably or in the competent courts of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
